CINCINNATI – Reds first baseman Joey Votto says he shows his feelings about Chicago Cubs fans by refusing to sign autographs for them. Votto declined to congratulate Cubs outfielder Marlon Byrd following his impressive defensive play during the All-Star Game Tuesday.
