CINCINNATI (AP) — Raul Ibanez ended Arthur Rhodes’ record-tying streak of scoreless innings with a run-scoring double in the 10th inning, rallying the Philadelphia Phillies past the Cincinnati Reds 9-6 on Tuesday night.
